Multidimensional Diversity as a Resource for Cooperative Learning in Digital and Analog Spaces

To provide all students with optimal support and ensure social cohesion and participation, teaching approaches are needed that address the diversity of students across various dimensions. This multidimensional diversity can be a resource in cooperative learning processes.

The goal of the consortium of four professorships at the University of Potsdam is to develop three teaching series that promote diversity-sensitive subject-specific (e.g., reading skills, democratic skills) and interdisciplinary learning (e.g., cooperation skills). Their effectiveness and the conditions for successful implementation will be examined, and an overarching framework concept will be developed.

The project started on January 1, 2026. Further information can be found on the project website: https://www.uni-potsdam.de/en/mudire/.
