Who can participate: All alumni of the University of Potsdam who are now doing scientific research outside of Germany (max. 20 people)

What to expect?
In this workshop you will discuss for example the following questions:
- What is my vision for my career (in academia and out of academia)
- Can I invent a career which fits to me?
- How can I set goals in agile and turbulent circumstances
- Proven success strategies to achieve your dream goals also in uncertain times
