Familiy Café for students with care responsibilities

You are a student from another country and you came with your family to Germany?

This winter term 2022-23, we open our family café in English language and explicitly invite international students with care responsibilities.

When: The café will open its (virtual) doors every Friday from 12 to 1 pm – between October 21, 2022 and February 24, 2023.

Where is it about? You’ll get the chance for open exchance and getting to know other students in a similar situation. Moreover, we discuss several topics which are important for reconciling studying and family needs.

This Friday it is about perfectionism: How do I create space between all the demands coming at me every day from different directions? Let's talk about delegating, reducing demands on myself and others, meeting expectations and other aspects are discussed at this meeting.

Location: This café is virtual – we meet online.
