Online Workshop Series: Mental Health Toolkit for Early Career Researchers

The goal of this workshop series is to create awareness and support with open conversations about the importance of self-care as well as self-help tools and techniques that are easily implementable in daily life situations to maintain your mental health. The workshop series is specifically targeted at early career researchers – PhDs and Postdocs who have not established their research group. The speakers of the workshop series are Katharina Bögl and Sandra Naumann, co-founders of "Scholar Minds".
