Racism
Racism can manifest itself in the form of derogatory attributions, exclusion, or structural inequalities. It affects people based on their perceived origin or skin colour. The university actively opposes all forms of racism and provides extensive information and counselling service.
Anti-Discrimination Counselling
I provide counselling services for those who have experienced or witnessed discrimination. I provide support through confidential clarification meetings. If my clients wish, I can also accompany them through the complaints process. In all meetings, we work together in a confidential, supportive and task-oriented manner. My counselling services are open to all members of the University of Potsdam. I place particular emphasis on making the invisible visible and creating spaces where it is possible to talk about it. Together, we will decide how you would like to proceed and whether the initial consultation will be the only one. Your wishes and goals are the top priority in all consultations.
