Procrastination is often just the visible tip of the iceberg - deep down, it often hides perfectionism and the pressure to always do everything perfectly. In this programme, you will learn how to track down these inner drivers and consciously reflect on them. Instead of overburdening yourself with unrealistic expectations, you will develop a healthy attitude towards performance and self-care. Together, we will practise how you can find the courage to be imperfect and thus make more relaxed and effective progress in your studies. For more ease and real progress, not just procrastination.
