Kassensturz: Infos zur Studienfinanzierung vom Studierendenwerk West:Brandenburg

Die Finanzierung des Studiums ist eine Hauptfrage zu Beginn des Studiums. Unterhalt, BAföG, Jobben, Wohngeld, Nothilfe, Stipendium, oder doch der Kredit? Mehrere Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten kommen in Frage, deren Vor- und Nachteile bei der Veranstaltung alle kurz vorgestellt werden. Eine Mitarbeiterin des BAföG-Amtes und eine Mitarbeiterin der Sozialberatung geben einen Überblick zu den verschiedenen Optionen, erläutern die jeweiligen Voraussetzungen und erklären wie die Beantragung funktioniert.

Im Anschluss ist genug Zeit für allgemeine Fragen und auch individuelle Kurzberatungen.

Die Veranstaltung wird auf deutsch stattfinden.

Financing your studies is a key issue at the beginning of your studies. Maintenance, BAföG, jobbing, housing benefit, emergency aid, scholarship, or a loan? Several financing options are possible, and the advantages and disadvantages of each will be briefly presented at the event. An employee of the BAföG office and an employee of the social counseling service will give an overview of the various options, explain the respective requirements and explain how the application works.

Afterwards, there will be enough time for general questions and brief individual consultations.
