Setting Focus: Startup Priorities in Day-to-Day Business
In order reach targets in day-to-day business it is essential for startups to set priorities right. This seminar will address general processes of decision-making and management.
In this workshop you will learn about the importance of setting priorities in the day-to-day business and techniques to use. You will understand why companies today tend to work in project teams instead of departments, learn about project management, project roles, tools and methods (GANTT, KANBAN, SCRUM) and about the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
Gabriela Schweinberger in worked for many years as a division manager of customer service. She was responsible for strategic projects and quality management and built up successful business units. Today, she works internationally as a business coach and trainer for companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. In her workshops, training courses, individual and group coachings she is focusing on value-based leadership, team motivation, intercultural communication and empowerment of women in business. As a mentor, she works for start-ups and entrepreneurs in Europe, North and East Africa.
