Saving and Sharing Research Data – A Coffee Lecture on which Service to use.

Saving your research data and sharing it in a secure way with colleagues is vital for your scientific work. In our second Coffee Lecture we will give an overview of the advantages and disadvantages of different storage solutions and types of storage media.

We will talk about what a good backup strategy could look like; which services are suitable for collaborative work; why Dropbox might not be the best option for your data and what data storage services the University of Potsdam offers.
