International Summer Campus: Sustainable Development Academy (SDA)
The Sustainable Development Academy (SDA) allows participants to engage critically and effectively with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The overall goal of the program is to enable participants to adopt creative approaches to achieving sustainability goals in their communities.
For 2026, our focus is on "Responsible Consumption and Production" (SDG 12) and Life on Land (SDG 15), exploring how to implement sustainable goals in specific fields of action through research and project examples from our region. As in previous years, participants will take part in interactive workshops, tackling a real-life challenge and developing innovative solutions that connect global goals with local action.
The course is aimed at international students who are particularly interested in sustainability and are motivated to make contacts worldwide. They do not have to be enrolled at the University of Potsdam to participate.
