EGPA (European Group for Public Administration)

Die EGPA ist das zentrale europäische Netzwerk für Verwaltungswissenschaft. Als Teil des IIAS verbindet sie Forschende und Praktiker:innen aus ganz Europa, fördert den wissenschaftlichen Austausch und setzt Impulse für moderne, leistungsfähige Verwaltungen.

Seit dem 15. September 2025 ist Prof. Sabine Kuhlmann EGPA Präsidentin für 2025/26.

On 21 November 2025, the EGPA Steering Committee met in Brussels, chaired by President Prof. Dr. Sabine Kuhlmann, to decide on key steps for strategic renewal. These include the further development of the Permanent Study Groups, new flexible conference formats, a travel grant for early-career researchers, and preparations for the 2026 EGPA Conference in Rome.

With improvements in governance, global dialogue, and membership development, EGPA is consistently pursuing its course of reform.
