Current Project

NamTip - A Namibian Perspective on Desertification Tipping Points in the Face of Climate Change

In my role as project manager, I am responsible for the administrative coordination of the cooperative research project NamTip. In particular, I oversee annual and final reporting, budgeting and financial controlling, facilitate field activities in Namibia, supervise data management, and ensure internal and external communication, including public outreach. Additionally, I contribute to NamTip’s scientific output by assisting in the synthesis and integration of project results.

  • Irrigation and crop water use
  • Sustainable agriculture in the tropics and subtropics
