Phase 1: Identify Challenges and Formulate a Research Question

In phase 1 of the Lesson Study process, participants first reflect on their teaching experiences and identify challenges in their everyday teaching. In a joint discussion, a topic of interest to all team members is identified for further exploration in the Lesson Study process. A research question is formulated to guide the process.
