    “Leistung macht Schule” (LemaS) is a federal-state initiative in Germany with the aim of promoting high-achieving and potentially high-achieving students. As a member of the research network for this initiative, we have taken a close look at the Lesson Study method. However, the method is also suitable for many other teaching development topics.
