We're the Adaptive Genomics group of Michael Hofreiter.

We are investigating the evolutionary history of species using genetic and genomic approaches, with a focus on mammals. We are specifically interested in demographic and adaptive changes during the Pleistocene and Holocene. To investigate such recent evolutionary changes, we analyze genomes using both modern and ancient DNA.
