Digital Business Modelling
In this workshop we will talk about the mechanism of business models and how to identify their individual key metrics (the Metrics-DNA).
We will see how the Metrics-DNA is the solution to discover business risks and opportunities and how to achieve specific business goals faster, e.g.profitability and growth.
We will introduce the lean analytics approach with examples and how to use a management dashboard to reach your goals step by step.
This workshop is helpful for any student wanting to understand business modelling to either start an own business, work for a modern company or trying to get research projects funded.
No prior knowledge is required to participate in the workshop.
