Am Mittwoch, den 10.06.2026, führen wir ab 08:00 Uhr eine umfassende Systemmigration mit Redaktionsstopp im TYPO3-Backend durch. Diese Umstellung wird voraussichtlich den gesamten Tag andauern und ist ein wichtiger Schritt zur Modernisierung Ihrer Webseiteninhalte.
Bitte schließen Sie alle redaktionellen Arbeiten spätestens bis Tag, 10.06.2026 um 08:00 Uhr ab - oder führen Sie diese erst nach Abschluss der Migration durch.
Sobald der Redaktionsstopp aufgehoben und das Backend wieder zur Bearbeitung freigegeben ist, informieren wir Sie per Rundmail. Anschließend bitten wir Sie, Ihre Webseiten sorgfältig auf korrekte Darstellung zu überprüfen.
Was bedeutet das für Sie während der Migration?
Während des Redaktionsstopps ist:
- kein Login ins TYPO3-Backend möglich,
- keine Bearbeitung oder Erstellung von Inhalten durchführbar.
Es kann kurzzeitig zu Darstellungsfehlern auf Webseiten kommen.
Hinweis zu Powermail: Formulare bleiben während der Migration über die Webseite weiterhin nutzbar. Die eingehenden Daten werden wie gewohnt an die hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse gesendet, jedoch nicht im System gespeichert. Daher steht keine Exportfunktion zur Verfügung.
Was ändert sich?
Im Rahmen dieser zweiten Migrationsphase werden veraltete Inhaltselemente durch moderne Komponenten ersetzt:

Was ist jetzt zu tun?
Bitte lesen Sie die Hinweise zur Migration älterer Inhaltselemente – Phase 2 im TYPO3-Leitfaden. Dort finden Sie einen Überblick über die betroffenen Inhaltselemente, die Migrationsregeln sowie empfohlene Prüfungen vor und nach der Umstellung.
Bitte prüfen Sie insbesondere wichtige oder gestalterisch anspruchsvolle Seiten in Ihren Webprojekten und passen Sie betroffene Inhalte bei Bedarf rechtzeitig an.
Wir haben auf unserem Testsystem eine Testmigration mit dem Datenstand vom 12.05.2026 durchgeführt.
Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, dort vorab das Ergebnis zu überprüfen.
Bitte beachten Sie bei der Prüfung: Das Inhaltselement Text & Medien funktioniert technisch bereits korrekt. Das finale Styling wird jedoch spätestens zu Beginn der kommenden Woche nachgeliefert. An der gestalterischen Ausgabe wird derzeit noch gearbeitet.

Verwenden Sie Ihre gewohnten TYPO3-Zugangsdaten. Das Testsystem ist eine Kopie des aktuellen Stands - Änderungen dort wirken sich nicht auf die Live-Seite aus.

On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, we will be carrying out a comprehensive system migration with an editorial freeze in the TYPO3 backend starting at 08:00. This transition is expected to last the entire day and is an important step towards modernising your website content.
Please complete all editorial work by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 08:00 a.m. at the latest — or conduct them only after completion of the migration.
Once the editorial freeze has been lifted and the backend is available for editing again, we will notify you by circular email. We then ask you to carefully check your websites to ensure everything is displaying correctly.
What does this mean for you during the migration?
During the editorial freeze:
- logging into the TYPO3 backend will not be possible,
- editing or creating content will not be possible.
There may be temporary display errors on websites.
Note regarding Powermail: Forms will remain accessible to users via the website during the migration. Incoming data will be sent to the stored email address as usual, but will not be saved in the system. Therefore, no export function will be available.
What is changing?
As part of this second migration phase, outdated content elements will be replaced by modern components:

What should you do now?
Please read the notes on migrating legacy content elements – Phase 2 in the TYPO3 guide. There you will find an overview of the affected content elements, the migration rules, and recommended checks before and after the transition.
Please review in particular any important or visually demanding pages in your web projects and adjust affected content in a timely manner if needed.
We have carried out a test migration on our test system using the data as of 12 May 2026. You are warmly invited to review the results there in advance.
Please note when testing: The Text & Media content element is already functioning correctly from a technical perspective. However, the final styling will be provided by the beginning of next week at the latest. Work on the visual output is still ongoing.

Use your usual TYPO3 login credentials. The test system is a copy of the current state — any changes made there will not affect the live site.
