Applications are open to excellent young researchers with a Master Degree and Post-Docs with specific research experience, from all over the world.

In order to apply for participation you will have to send us an email including:

1. a brief CV,
2. a brief description of your research idea and/or your current research focus,
3. a short letter with the description of your motivation to further your skills and knowledge on Conceptual, theoretical and methodological advances in exercise motivation research: Automaticity and affect.

Deadline for application is March 31, 2019 (12:00 p.m., CET).

All information shall be included into 1 pdf file and addressed to the mentors of the summer school. Only applications sent to the email linked above will be accepted for review.

The University of Potsdam aims to deepen and extend its relationships with colleagues and universities from the US. Therefore, it is possible for young excellent colleagues who are currently associated with a US-American university to apply for scholarships. There are:

• 4 top-scholarships of up to 1,350 USD (travel and accommodation;  actual costs)
• 4 scholarships of up to 900 USD (travel and accommodation;  actual costs)

The application for a scholarship must be shown in the regular application document (see above). In this case, we expect a more detailed explanation as to how participation in the summer school will have a positive effect on the envisaged academic career. The winners of the scholarships will be selected jointly by the four mentors of the summer school, and solely on the basis of the documents submitted.
