Research Interests
My current research is about trade-offs in metabolic networks. In this regard, I apply linear programming to the genome-scale metabolic network of various organisms. Also, I have experience in applying computational geometry and machine learning models to analyze biopsy images. In addition, during the master thesis, I worked with the whole-genomic data, protein domains, pan-cancer, and statistics.
My primary interest areas in computer science are algorithms design, data mining, data analyzing, linear programming, graph theory, computational geometry, and machine learning. In addition, I am interested in systems biology modeling, genome-scale metabolite networks, cancer study, genome research, medical image analysis, and multi-omics data analysis in bioinformatics.
