Final DOME Assembly

The next and Final General Assembly of DOME (Dynamics of Ore Metal Enrichments) will take place in Potsdam from 15.03.2027 until 19.03.2027. Therefore, we are looking forward to the final reports of all DOME members. For the Final Assembly, each DOME project must be represented by a presentation and submit an abstract. The abstract template can be found in the shared folder. Since the projects typically ran for three years, a 20-minute time slot will be allocated for each presentation. Given the staffing situation (especially with regard to the projects from the first round), the presentations may also be given by the PIs; however, whenever possible, junior researchers should be the primary presenters.  
 

Due to the large number of presentations, we anticipate three full days of presentations (tentatively Tue–Thu). External participants may also register for the assembly and submit a presentation topic. However, participation and the opportunity to present cannot be guaranteed. Preference will be given to DOME researchers (PIs, postdocs, PhD students).
 

Conference Location

The Final Assembly will be hosted by the University of Potsdam and the Institute for Geosciences, Karl-Liebknecht Str. 24-25, House 27. Talks will be presented in Room 001. Small refreshments and coffee will be served in front of the lecture room. Lunch will take place at the Mensa of the University of Potsdam. 

Hotel

We reserved rooms in the Kongresshotel Potsdam, Am Luftschiffhafen 1. The booking will be manged by coordination office, just state your travel dates in the attendance list which was sent around.
