IRTG Retreat 2025: Programme
The CRC1636-IRTG Retreat will take place from 23 to 25 July 2025 at the beautiful HeleneCamp. This annual event is a unique opportunity for IRTG members of the CRC1636 to come together, share their latest research insights and strengthen our collaborative atmosphere.
Scientific Programme
The retreat will feature a rich scientific programme, including:
- Invited Talk: Prof. Dr. Amitabh Banerji – Chemistry Education Research, University of Potsdam – will present on science communication strategies related to our field.
- Contributed Talks: CRC1636 and IRTG members will present their recent findings and ongoing projects.
- Poster Session: An interactive BarCamp-style poster session where participants can discuss their work in an informal setting

Team Building and Social Activities
Beyond the science, the retreat will offer a variety of fun team-building activities. Participants can enjoy outdoor games, group challenges and social events in the beautiful surroundings of HeleneCamp.
