She graduated Master's Program in Economics and Management Science at Humboldt University in 2014. In her Master Thesis, which was written in cooperation with the Technical University of Darmstadt, she investigated the value of personal information from user’s perspective when installing third-party applications. As the continuation of successful collaboration, she became a doctoral candidate and a research assistant at the Software Business & Information Management Department at the Technical University of Darmstadt in October 2015. Other research projects she actively engaged in are dedicated to uncovering “the bright and dark sides” of modern information and communications technologies, in particular, the mechanism of addiction to apps and the consequences of smartphone use on user’s behavior, relationships and psychological wellbeing.

During her studies she gained experience in practice when being employed as an Analyst at Market Logic Software AG, Berlin (2013-2014) and in research conducting studies under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Peter Buxmann and Prof. Dr. Hanna Krasnova. Working now at the Department, she assists in preparing tutorials and supervision of seminar papers.
