Next ISOLDE will take place from 27 to 30 June 2016 in Potsdam.

Who can participate?

This summer school is specifically organized to bring together students and researchers in their early career who work in language acquisition research in Europe.

When and where does it take place?

Last ISOLDE was held at Potsdam in June 2014.
ISOLDE 2016 will take place 27-30 of June at the WIS in Potsdam's city centre.

Looking for accommodation?

We provide practical information for the ISOLDE locations.

Are there any deadlines?

Yes, registration deadline is March 31st. We do have a limited number of seats.

What are the costs?

Due to funding we are probably able to offer participation free of charge.

How do I register?

The registration will be provided on this web site. Modalities will be specified by mid December.

What are the courses?

At the last ISOLDE, there were four courses, each about a different topic. Usually, courses won't be in parallel, so you can participate in all of them.

Only teaching - No fun?

The teaching can and will be fun but we are planning also a day for social activities.

Where was ISOLDE before?

ISOLDE 2014 took place from July 4 to 9 at the University of Potsdam. We hope to make it a regularly recurring event to increase exchange and collaboration between young researchers working in early language acquisition in Europe.
