ISOLDE: Infant Studies On Language Development in Europe

There will be a satellite event called TRISTAN. It is a networking day for senior researchers in infant language acquisition.

Who can participate?

This summer school is specifically organized to bring together PhD students who work in language acquisition research in Europe.

When and where does it take place?

July 7 - July 11, 2014 (Mon - Fri)
The date falls in between the two conferences ISIS (Berlin) and IASCL (Amsterdam).
The summer school will be held at the University of Potsdam.

Looking for accommodation?

We offer inexpensive accommodations in two hostels. More information on these arrangements can be found under registration.

Are there any deadlines?

Registration has been extended to May 5 (a few places are left). Since room is limited to 40 participants we will give places away on first come first serve basis.

What are the costs?

We will have to charge a tuition fee of 100 €. The payment modalities will be explained in the confirmation email after registration.

How do I register?

Please use the online form under registration. The registration will open in February.

What are the courses?

There will be four courses during the week, each about a different topic. There won't be any courses in parellel, you can participate in all of them (see program).

Only teaching - No fun?

The teaching can and will be fun but also we are planning one day for social activities.
