Mass Spectrometry

The microbiology group offers services in mass spectrometry, our expertise lies in the analytics of small peptides, especially in targeted and non-targeted metabolomics of small molecules (also known as “natural products”). We also offer basic proteomic analyses. For all our analyses we employ an Orbitrap Exploris 240 ESI-LC-MS system.

Sample submission

Please submit samples in a 2 mL autosampler vial with an inlet. Inlets must contain a minimum of 150 µL of sample and must be labeled with name, date, solvent and sample name.
