Babak Sadaghian

After studying photography and pursuing photojournalism in my home country for some years, I realized my real passion was for the more theoretical aspects and academic discussions of social change. Subsequently I did my B.A. degree in history and linguistics in Hamburg. Currently doing an M.A. degree in Global History at the Freie Universität Berlin, my points of interest are the history of modernity since the 19th century in its global scale as well as the variegated histories of nationalism in global south in the 20th century.
