Digital Organization

The focus area “Digital Organization” examines the relationships between organizations, people, and digital technologies with the aim of promoting sustainable value creation.

We address the following research questions in this focus area:

  • How is knowledge work changing as a result of the use of digital technologies?
  • What role do values and responsibility play in the development and use of digital technologies?
  • How do digital technologies enable changed organizational structures and types of value creation?
