Studentische Hilfskraft

The University of Potsdam is looking for several student employees (m/f/d) with or without a bachelor's degree (6-10 hours/week) for a fixed-term contract of one year, to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the research work of the chair team
  • Supporting data analysis (e.g., network analysis, topic modeling, etc.)
  • Supporting the design of interview guides and questionnaires, data cleaning, transcription, and coding of interviews
  • Creating presentation slides on various scientific topics
  • Providing editorial support in editing content for project websites (e.g., blog posts)

Your qualifications:

  • Enrolled student at the University of Potsdam or a Berlin university in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable degree program Interest in empirical research
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and SPSS or R is advantageous
  • Basic programming skills in Python are also advantageous
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Basic Office skills and graphic design skills
