Mission statement

The Potsdam Center for Quantitative Research (PCQR) is a newly founded research initiative of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Potsdam. The PCQR's primary objective is to link the research at the Potsdam Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences and thus increase the research output. To this end, the PCQR lecture series was established, with internal and external scientists alternately presenting their research. In addition, training courses are held in advanced data analysis techniques and applied empirical methods for academic mid-level faculty.
