Guidelines

Talks: 

  • Talks have a strict time cap of 10 minutes.  
  • 2 to 3 minutes of questions and discussion will then commence.  
  • Please upload both a PowerPoint and PDF version of your talk to mitigate any potential technical difficulties.  
  • Use 16:9 formatting for your presentation 
  • Your talk must be uploaded by noon, on the 7th of October 

 

Posters: 

  • Portrait 
  • A0 sized 
  • Please bring your poster with you to the conference pre-printed 

 

Flash talks:  

  • All talks must be 2 minutes’ maximum with a strict time cap 
  • Only a single slide will be allowed 
  • Use 16:9 formatting for your presentation 
  • Please upload both a PowerPoint and PDF version of your presentation slide. 

 

Both PDF and PowerPoint versions for TALKS will be uploaded via a personalized Box.UP address that we will provide to you.
