Career Prep Days 2026
Prepare your next career steps with us!
As an international student, you might be wondering: What career options do I have in Germany? What should I know about starting work here - from German workplace culture to the legal side of things? How can I put myself out there by crafting application documents and building my professional network? And who can help me with all these questions?
From 10 to 12 November 2026, you can get answers to these and other career-related questions in a range of online and on-site events on all three campuses. We offer you three days of:
- Exploring your career options and ways to gain experience
- Developing practical skills for approaching German employers and preparing strong application documents
- Gaining insights into German workplace culture and relevant legal aspects
- Practising in a safe environment where you can ask questions, try things out and build practical skills
Everything in English and designed for international students. The Career Prep Days are part of the International Week, hosted by the International Office to help make the world at Uni Potsdam and in the region feel welcomed. You can register for the workshops and sessions by clicking on the title and following the instructions. We look forward to seeing you!
