- talked about food/drinks for the freshers week (games night on Thursday / party on Friday)
- Julia presented plans which were discussed
1. Party on Friday at the Lesecafe → plan to buy drinks for max. 60€ at Rewe that will be sold at the party with a projected of 80€
↳ no need to buy papercups because there are plenty left in the FSR Room
- Hannah will transport the drinks from Rewe to Lesecafe

VOTE: proposed drinks max. expenses/projected income of 60€/80€ for the Party (3/0/0)

2. games night on Thursday with FSR cognitive science:
- discussed what time/place the games night in Thursday will be
- games in general and board games, Julia will bring scrabble + other board games
- nothing will be sold, as this is our "Ersti-Frühstück"
