Hey I’m Alex and part of the English FSR/student council. :)

As exams came to an end, you may have more time for new hobbies. That is why I'm excited to announce the launch of our new book club! 

We'll be coming once per month to dive into captivating stories, explore different genres, and have discussions. Let's see, maybe we can even invite professors for some insights.

I encourage you to bring your favourite book to our first meeting and share your suggestions for our future reading choices, as this is our book club and we want to make sure that we find a diverse range of titles to suit everyone's interests. 

The first meeting took place at 10 September, but you can still join :)

Hello everyone :)

For our first book we chose “The Turn of the Screw“ by Henry James.

Our next meeting will be on Wedsneday, 16 October, room Campus Neues Palais tba.
We will be joined by Dr. Aileen Behrendt from the Professorship for English Literature.
