Marta Lupica Spagnolo presented two papers at the ISB15 Symposium

Marta Lupica Spagnolo attended the 15th International Symposium on Bilingualism (ISB15), held in Donostia-San Sebastián from June 9–13, 2025. She presented her research based on the GörliPark corpus titled “Too many words for much: intensification strategies in Italian in Transit.” She also gave a talk, together with Eugenio Goria, entitled “Commodification of Italian in superdiverse linguistic landscapes: The case of Italian restaurants managed by non-Italian-L1 speakers in Berlin.” This last presentation was part of the workshop “Language-and-identity on display: For a sociolinguistic analysis of multilingual landscapes,” chaired by Valentina Schiattarella and Valentina Serreli.
