Research Interests
Kathrin Friedrich’s research focuses on the theory and practice of adaptive media, in particular the role of imaging, sensor and tracking technologies in cultural productions and the life sciences. Her work centres on questions concerning the reciprocal and space-time-critical standardisation of bodies, interaction and intervention, as well as the associated conditions of perception, knowledge and action.
