Payment
- Payment is in Euro.
- Transfers from countries belonging to the SEPA region should be made by bank transfer.
1. Via bank transfer (wire transfer)
According to EU regulations, no additional fees should be charged for bank transfers within the SEPA region (see https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/integration/retail/sepa/html/index.en.html). You should therefore use the bank transfer payment if you pay from one of the 36 countries listed (includes some non-euro area and non-EU countries, https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/sites/default/files/kb/file/2023-01/EPC409-09%20EPC%20List%20of%20SEPA%20Scheme%20Countries%20v4.0_0.pdf)

2. Via credit card (using a secure online payment service), e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express
People who pay the fee from a country that is not part of the SEPA region should pay by credit card.

- Please note that a refund of the participation fee in case of non-participation is unfortunately not possible.
