Engineering Sciences

The engineering programs in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and the Mechanical Engineering program are coordinated by the Technical University of Berlin.

The central focus is on providing students with an application-oriented education that includes early internships and participation in technical projects in industry. Teaching theoretical expertise and applying it in practical projects in the real working world gives students a first impression of working life while also imparting important skills for a career in the German-Turkish industrial landscape.

In summer schools and semesters abroad at partner universities in Germany, particularly gifted students also acquire intercultural competencies that make them highly sought-after employees in the international and interdisciplinary job market of the Turkish-German industrial sector. Faculty members from German universities share their knowledge through the Flying Faculty. During field trips to industry partners in Turkey, future graduates gain further practical insights and establish contacts for internships.
