The Zeiss LSM 780 is an inverted confocal laser scanning microscope for spectral selective fluorescence imaging. The system is equipped with a sensitive 32 channel array GaAsP detector flanked by two conventional multialkali PMTs allowing for simultaneous acquisition of multicolor samples and spectral unmixing.
