Guten Abend meine Damen und Herren und alle dazwischen und außerhalb und herzlich willkommen zurück zu unserer Sendung “DER FSR MAPHY NEWSLETTER”. Wir haben für Sie ein paar spannende Themen vorbereitet und heute können Sie sogar selbst mitmachen!

 

Was sind “Reguläre Veranstaltungen”?

  • In der vorlesungsfreien Zeit finden keine Spieleabende und Kreativabende statt.Sitzungen finden in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit im zweiwöchigen Abstand statt.
  • Die nächste Sitzung findet am 11.03.2026 im Physikhaus statt.
    • Die übernächste Sitzung findet am 25.03.2026 im Mathehaus statt.

 Was ist “Die Altklausurensammlung”? 

Ihr habt jetzt viele Klausuren schon geschrieben und damit ist es Zeit euch an die Altklausurensammlung zu erinnern! Bitte schickt uns alle Klausuren/Prüfürotokolle, die ihr bekommen könnt, damit wir sie auf unsere Website stellen können. Die Altklausurensammlung ist ein wichtiges Tool, mit dem auch ihr anderen Studierenden das Lernen einfacher machen könnt.

Informationen darüber, wie ihr Zugang zur Sammlung erhalten könnt, findet ihr im Forum Physikum und im Mathecafé.

 

 Was ist “Der neue Master in Physik”? 

Die Studienkommission Physik konzipiert gerade einen neuen englischsprachigen Physik Master, der den alten deutschsprachigen ersetzen soll. Damit auch ihr die Möglichkeit habt, daran beteiligt zu sein, könnt ihr eine von uns erstellte  Umfrage ausfüllen. Spezifisch würden wir uns über Rückmeldungen zu Wahlpflichtmodulen freuen.

Wichtig: Die Umfrage läuft nur noch bis einschließlich den 04.03.2026.

 Was ist “der neue Mathe Bachelor”? 

Um nochmal daran zu erinnern: Der Mathe Mono-Bachelor wird neu aufgesetzt. Um diesen gut gestalten zu können, suchen wir immernoch Feedback zu den aktuell bestehenden Ideen. Falls ihr es noch nicht gemacht habt, gebt gerne eure Meinung in dieser  Umfrage ab.

 Was ist “Der Innenhof”? 

Findet ihr den Innenhof im Physikhaus schön? Wenn nicht, gibt es jetzt eine  Umfrage , in der ihr Verbesserungsvorschläge machen könnt.

 Was ist “Der Institutsrat”? 

Im April steht wieder ein Institutsrat an - als VertreterInnen der Fachschaft bringen wir gerne Themen ins Gespräch, die die Studierenden beschäftigen.

Wenn ihr Themen habt, die angebracht werden sollen, meldet euch gerne bei Alex Schiffer ( alex.schiffer@uni-potsdam.de ). Wir besprechen die dann in der Arbeitsgruppe und bringen sie, wenn möglich, in den Institutsrat ein!

 

 Was ist “Feedback an uns”? 

Macht ihr euch Gedanken darüber, ob der FSR eigentlich genau das tut, was ihr braucht? Egal ob ihr Physik, Mathematik, Data Science oder Polymer Science studiert, wir sind dazu da, eure Interessen zu vertreten. Damit wir wissen, ob die Atmosphäre im Mathe-Café stimmt, unsere Spieleabende Spaß machen oder die Klausurensammlung wirklich hilfreich ist, brauchen wir eure Meinung. Unsere  Feedback-Umfrage dauert nur etwa 3 bis 5 Minuten, ist vollkommen anonym und hilft uns dabei, unsere Events und Räumlichkeiten genau nach euren Wünschen zu gestalten. Eure Stimme zählt!

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen and everyone in between and beyond, and welcome back to our program “THE FSR MAPHY NEWSLETTER.” We have prepared a few exciting topics for You, and today You can even participate Yourself!

 What are "Regular Events"? 

  • There are no game nights or arts and crafts nights during the semester break.
  • Meetings are held every two weeks during the semester break.
    • The next meeting will take place on March 11, 2026, in the Physics Building.
    • The meeting after that will take place on March 25, 2026, in the Math Building.

 What is “The Past Exam Collection”? 
You have now taken many exams, so it's time to remind you about the past exam collection! Please send us all the exams/exam transcripts you can get your hands on so that we can post them on our website. The past exam collection is an important tool that allows us to make learning easier for other students.

Information on how to access the collection can be found in the Forum Physikum and Mathecafé.

 What is “The New Master’s Degree in Physics”? 
The Physics Study Commission is currently designing a new English-language Master's program in physics to replace the old German-language program. To give you the opportunity to get involved, we invite you to fill out a  survey we have created. We would particularly appreciate feedback on elective modules.

Important: The survey will only run until March 4, 2026.

What is “the new Bachelor of Mathematics”? 
A quick reminder: A new Bachelor's Program in Mathematics is currently in the building stages to replace the current Bachelor's Program. In order to make sure that this program is well structured, we ask fir your feedback. If you haven't already: Please fill out this  survey to let us know your opinion on the current ideas for the program.

 What is “The Courtyard”? 
Do you like the courtyard in the Physics Building? If not, there is now a  survey where you can make suggestions for improvement.

What is “The Department Board Meeting”? 
Another Department Board meeting is coming up in April—as representatives of the student council, we are happy to bring up topics that are important to students.
If you have any topics you would like to see discussed, please contact Alex Schiffer ( alex.schiffer@uni-potsdam.de ). We will discuss them in the task force and, if possible, bring them up at the Department Board meeting!

 What is “Feedback for us”?
Do you ever wonder if the FSR is actually doing exactly what you need? Whether you are studying Physics, Mathmatics, Data Science, or Polymer Science, we are here to represent your interests. To know if the atmosphere in the Mathe Café is right, if our Games Nights are fun, or if the past exam collection is truly helpful, we need your input. Our  feedback survey only takes about 3 to 5 minutes, is completely anonymous, and helps us tailor our events and spaces to what you actually want. Your voice matters!
