Scope of LMR2026
Light-driven chemistry at nanoscale metals is an emerging, interdisciplinary research field. The scope of Light.Metal.Reactions2026 is to gather international experts with experimental and theoretical expertise ranging from nano-optics and condensed matter physics via physical chemistry and organic and inorganic chemistry.
During the four days, we want to discuss the broad field of elementary processes of light-driven reactions at nanoscale metals with topics ranging from nano material synthesis and characterization, light-driven catalysis and synthesis, ultrafast electron and energy transfer, plasmonic and photoinduced processes, nanoscale heat transport and dissipation, elementary reaction mechanisms at surfaces and interfaces, the control of reaction pathways, strong coupling chemistry, and chiral plasmonic chemistry.
