Lesecafé is also a venue for events. You can organize your own event please read the following first:
- keep it inclusive - this is an open space for everyone
- this is not a place to make profit
- drinks can be bought at the nearby Rewe or ask for it, we might do that as well
- respect the neighborhood and turn down the bass after 10pm night. If you want to play the big speakers please put them in the hallway and use the exit there as an outside area. Close the outside door and windows of Lesecafé from the beginning as the neighbors might be disturbed
- hallway and toilets get cleaned Monday to Friday early morning around 3-5am. Please do not disturb the cleaning team at all!
- if more than 20 people are expected, please choose an awareness team that will intervene in case of misbehavior, harassment or discrimination and may temporarily/permanently restrict the entry or call the security/police if necessary
- arrange a cleaning team for the next day at the latest; mop the floor, clean surfaces and wash dishes. This also applies to the kitchen and its equipment (oven for example). Better to leave the bar cleaner than found, furniture should be arranged as before
- smoking is prohibited indoors
- 50€ deposit, please bring in advance. If the rooms are clean again you will get it back the next day. If something is broken we will find a solution together
- please keep doors and windows closed when the heating is on and ventilate regularly
