Dr. Jaya Bharti wins Best Pitch Award at the greenCHEM kickSTART@CIFamily Meeting

Congratulations to Jaya, who won the Best Pitch Award at the greenCHEM kickSTART@CIFamily Meeting on 20th November 2025 , co-hosted by greenCHEM and Wiley-VCH in Berlin. Her pitch focused on photocatalytic on-site H₂O₂ production, which aims to enable decentralized, safe, and sustainable peroxide generation.

Welcome to our new UFS Postdocs!

We are happy to welcome Dr. Jaya Bharti and Dr. Sonia Żółtowska as our new UFS postdocs. They will establish independent research in the field of Sustainable Materials Design.

UFS launched

The UFS Sustainable Materials Design at the Faculty of Science at the University of Potsdam has been launched. We will strengthen collaborations between members and institutes, support early career researchers and fund projects that advance the aims of the UFS.
