DESCRIPTION:The "Giving and Receiving Feedback" workshop focuses on mastering the art of feedback, a vital skill for leadership and collaboration. Feedback is essential across all levels—among colleagues, from employees to managers, and vice versa. The challenge is in delivering it thoughtfully to make it truly effective. This hands-on workshop emphasizes the "how" through short inputs and analysis of real-life situations, preferably from participants' own experiences. By the end, participants will understand their role in feedback conversations, reflect on desired outcomes, and enhance their listening skills to grasp others' intentions and needs. They will practice asking insightful questions, delivering feedback in a constructive and appreciative manner, and responding to feedback professionally.
