Representative for Study & Examination Matters
The representatives for study and examination matters are important contact persons for applicants (especially for Master’s programs of the faculty), students, lecturers and examination committees or chairpersons of examination committees.
They advise students on their study regulations, on the course of studies, on the organization of studies or on individual modules, on changes of study regulations, on the recognition of study achievements/learning agreements (recognition of study and examination achievements completed in Germany or abroad) and are the contact persons for the submission of applications to the examination board.
Furthermore, they are responsible for the organization of course planning and advise module instructors and lecturers (e.g. with regard to study organization issues, changes in study regulations, legal requirements).

This includes questions such as: How and where do I apply for recognition of examination results? When and how do I register my thesis? How does the transition from the bachelor’s to the master’s program work?
