is where you’ll find the contact persons for all questions about bachelor’s degree programs, both at the beginning of and during your studies, as well as psychological counseling for students.

According to Germany’s Federal Law on Support for Education and Training (BAföG), students must present a certificate demonstrating satisfactory degree progress up to the end of the fourth semester in order to continue receiving financial aid from the fifth semester forward. The Financial Aid Officers for the respective subjects issue these certificates. Please also refer to the instructions regarding the BAföG certificate of achievement.
Erasmus+ Coordinator

supports you in preparations for a stay abroad through the Erasmus program, carries out the selection, and can answer your questions.
Student advisory service

In addition to the Central Student Advisory Service (Zentrale Studienberatung, or ZSB), which is the university’s general advising office for prospective and current students on all questions regarding studies (preparation for studies, beginning of studies, course of studies, and completion of studies), there is also decentralized academic advising at the faculties.
The appointed departmental advisors (professors, lecturers, academic staff) answer subject-specific questions about university studies: for example, about the content, structure, focus of the subject, performance requirements, recognition of previous academic achievements, questions about individual study planning and study organization. In addition to the appointed departmental advisors, all professors also provide subject advising in their areas of appointment.
