• The causal link with your university studies must be clearly discernible (important for sports accidents and excursions)
• The accident report must be signed by a University instructor

•  Detailed description of the accident
• The causal link with your work at the University must be clearly discernible
• Insurance also covers participation in in-house sports activities or excursions and celebrations, insofar as these are conducted by the University
• The accident report must be signed by your supervisor at the University

QUESTIONNAIRE REGARDING COMMUTING ACCIDENTS For students and employees

• Commuting accidents are incidents suffered by employees/students on the way to or from the University
• The questionnaire regarding commuting accidents must be filled out in addition to the accident report
•  You must include a detailed section of a map that clearly shows the start (A) and destination (B) as well as the site of the accident (X)
