The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is the largest university in Greece. Our cooperation with Dr. Vassilis Barkoukis and Prof. Tsorbatzoudis Haralambos from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Science is characterized by joint research projects on doping in sports (funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency and the European Union). The partnership further includes a bilateral agreement on a regular participation in the Erasmus exchange program for students and lecturers.
The Sapienza University of Rome is one of the oldest universities in Europe. Our collaboration with Prof. Fabio Lucidi from the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology includes a regular cooperation on international research projects that are funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency and the European Union. Milena Muzi, a graduate of Sapienza University, has been with us since January 2015 as a research assistant.
The Foro Italico University of Rome is the only Italian state university with a focus on sport science. We work closely with Prof. Arnaldo Zelli and Dr. Luca Mallia from the Department of Human Movement and Sport Sciences with a focus on joint international projects with respect to doping in sport which are funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency and the European Union.
The Ruprechts-Karl-University of Heidelberg is the oldest university in Germany. After finishing his PhD-thesis in Potsdam Dr. Geoffrey Schweizer joined the Institute of Sports and Sport Science at the University of Heidelberg. Our cooperation includes joint publications on dual processes in sport and exercise as well as on forecasts in football.
The University of Stuttgart is ranked among Germany´s top universities. After completing her PhD-thesis in the Unniversity of Potsdam Dr. Daniela Kahlert now works with the Department of Sport and Movement Science at the University of Stuttgart. The shared interest in topics related to exercise psychology led to joint publications by both universities.
