Program details

As a PhD candidate, you may often lack an opportunity for exchange with your peer group and help in structuring your doctorate. This is where the interdisciplinary program PhD Coaching comes in. It supports PhD candidates in their first or second year beyond the academic guidance provided by their advisors.

During the program, you will receive individual support in workshops lasting several days on the topics of peer coaching, time and self-management, careers, career strategies and career planning.

A retreat at the beginning of the program lays the foundation for successful networking and commitment to a success team.
In your success team, you encourage each other to set goals and achieve them. Your team accompanies you throughout your doctoral studies and motivates you even in difficult phases.
