Program overview

As a PhD candidate, you often lack the exchange with your peer group and help in structuring your doctorate. This is where the interdisciplinary program PhD Coaching comes in. It supports PhD candidates in their first or second year beyond the expert advice provided by their supervisors.

During the program, you will receive individual support in workshops lasting several days on the topics of peer coaching, time and self-management, supervisor relationship and career strategies and career planning. A retreat at the beginning of the program lays the foundation for successful networking and involvement in a successful team. In your success team, you encourage each other to set and achieve goals. Your team will accompany your doctoral process and motivate you even in difficult phases.

With the program, we provide you with a framework for networking with other PhD candidates and for accompanying and supporting each other during the doctoral process. To ensure that the program and the work in the success team is successful, we expect the following from you
