The Science Communication program is aimed at researchers from all disciplines who wish to develop their communication skills and engage with communication structures in parallel with their scientific work.
The "Science Communication" program comprises six thematic workshops, an excursion, and a final meeting. It concludes with a certificate.
Scope | 8.5 event days in the form of 6 half-day to two-day German-language workshops (usually 09:30 - 17:00), an excursion and a half-day final meeting |
Target audience | Postdocs, lecturers, junior professors and PhD candidates in their final phase from all disciplines of universities and non-university research institutions in the state of Brandenburg |
Methods | Media training, workshops with input lectures, practical exercises, case studies, group work, role plays, collegial consulting, short presentations, creative techniques, discussion, regular evaluation of workshops, creation and presentation of a concept sketch or communication project |
