Dr. Philipp Richter

Dr. Philipp Richter is a research associate at the chair for Political Science, Administration and Organization II at Potsdam University. Prior to moving to Potsdam, he worked as a research associate at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer at the Chair of Comparative Public Administration and as a research fellow at the German Research Institute for Public Administration in Speyer. In 2009 he was a visiting scientist at the Institute of Local Government Studies at Potsdam University. Research priorities of Philipp Richter are administrative and functional reforms, macro-organization of the (regional) administration, reform of multi-level systems, Open Government and internet policy.
